Welcome to the captivating world of the Dynamic Pallet Rack, commonly known as "Pallet Flow." This storage system, both imposing and impressive to behold, offers an innovative approach to optimizing your inventory management. When witnessing its operation for the first time, its visual impact is sure to evoke admiration.
The Dynamic Pallet Rack aligns with the philosophy of "first in, first out," revolutionizing the way we conceive storage and goods retrieval. Its operating principle is as simple as it is ingenious: a pallet is positioned at the end of the system using a forklift. This simple action triggers a complex yet smoothly orchestrated sequence.
The pallet, once placed, moves smoothly and controlledly thanks to gravity, sliding on rollers arranged along a slight incline. This mechanism allows for easy retrieval of goods while ensuring access in chronological order of arrival. The integrated brakes in the rollers add a crucial layer of safety, ensuring that pallets do not gain excessive speed during their descent.
Beyond its spectacular aspect, the Dynamic Pallet Rack offers significant operational advantages. The constant rotation of goods in line with the "first in, first out" principle promotes efficient inventory management by minimizing risks associated with obsolescence. This feature, coupled with complete visibility of inventory, enhances logistical planning and responsiveness.
However, it is essential to emphasize that this logistical innovation, while revolutionary, comes with an initial higher cost compared to other storage systems. Nevertheless, many consider this investment as added value, given the significant operational benefits it brings.
By choosing the Dynamic Pallet Rack, you are opting for more than just a storage system; you are investing in a solution that transcends traditional standards, offering increased operational efficiency, optimal inventory management, and unparalleled logistical performance. Explore now the multiple facets and impressive advantages of our "Pallet Flow" system.

Groupe ITC offers five main types of pallet racking: selective, mobile (Shuttle Rack), gravity (push-back), dynamic (pallet flow) and drive-in (condensed static). Each type optimizes storage density, pallet accessibility and stock rotation differently.
The choice mainly depends on your stock rotation (FIFO or LIFO), the level of selectivity required, the target storage density and your budget. Selective racking gives direct access to every pallet, while condensed systems maximize capacity at the expense of selectivity. Our consulting service helps determine the optimal configuration.
Selective racking provides direct, individual access to each pallet, ideal for a wide variety of SKUs. The drive-in (condensed static) system stores pallets in depth to maximize capacity but reduces selectivity. The first favors accessibility, the second density.
For FIFO rotation (first in, first out), dynamic pallet-flow racking moves pallets toward the exit by gravity. For LIFO rotation (last in, first out), push-back gravity racking or drive-in systems are more suitable. The choice depends on the nature of your products and their expiry dates.
The Gravitex 3D is a patented Radio Shuttle Rack system designed for high-density pallet management. It combines a motorized shuttle with a condensed structure to deliver efficiency and reliability in high-volume warehouses.
